Choosing a Truckmount means choosing speed, efficiency and convenience. Because the mixer is mounted on a truck chassis, it moves much faster between locations than a trailed mixer towed by a tractor. Ideal for farms with multiple barns or sites; or for those running several feeding rounds a day. It saves you time, fuel and wear on your tractor. Benefits you’ll notice every single day.

Feeding is precision work. Every minute, every mix and every load must be spot on. The Trioliet Truckmount is the perfect solution for farmers who want to feed reliably and efficiently—day in, day out. The mixing tub is built on a truck chassis and equipped with two vertical augers and a hydrostatic drive. Available with a side discharge slide or cross conveyor and in capacities of 20, 24 or 32 m³.

Whether it's the 1900 cows at Lawnhurst Farms in New York or the 2500 dairy cows at Aurora Ridge Dairy, these farms have one thing in common; they rely daily on the performance of their Truckmount. For Don Jensen Jr. of Lawnhurst Farms, that reliability was the deciding factor. "Ten years ago, we bought our first Truckmount feed mixer," Don explains. "This is our second. We’re very happy with the truck’s reliability, the ease of maintenance and just the overall dependability of Trioliet." According to him, maintenance is minimal: "Overall maintenance is very low and when parts do need to be maintained and replaced, it’s very straight forward to replace wear parts in the mixer itself."

At Aurora Ridge Dairy, Scott Bailey prepares, mixes and distributes 16 feed rations daily for the entire herd, split into seven different diets. "This Truckmount gives us the capability and options to feed our cows quickly and efficiently while delivering a consistent high-quality mix."

The Truckmount also features smart details that make all the difference; extra knives on the augers for even better cutting, mixing and the ability to discharge on both sides. Handy for splitting loads. "That was a real game-changer," says Scott. "It saves us a lot of time and when you’re doing as many feeding rounds as we are, every hour counts."

Both Don and Scott praise the strength, reliability and support from Trioliet. "When it comes to competition, price is always a factor," says Don, "but the serviceability and reliability we’ve experienced with our Trioliet mixer… I don’t know how we could ever go to another mixer." And at Aurora Ridge Dairy? The Truckmount continues to deliver consistently mixed rations while saving labour and fuel, every single day.

Whether you're feeding 200 or 2000 cows, the Trioliet Truckmount lets you feed with confidence, efficiency and ease. Discover for yourself why dairy farmers around the world say; Once a Trioliet Truckmount, always a Trioliet Truckmount.

No trade fair this year, we already had a celebration 😉

Normally, you’d find Trioliet at Agritechnica but this year we’re skipping the show. Why? Because we already had something big to celebrate in June: our 75th anniversary! A special milestone we’re incredibly proud of and one we celebrated in style with our entire team. After 75 years of innovation, craftsmanship and passion for feed technology, we felt that celebration was well-deserved. So, no booth this year but a perfect moment to reflect on where we came from and to keep working with full energy toward the future of efficient feeding.
